Not medical advice

Fitoria is a fitness and wellness tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated plans and quit plans are informational only. Always consult a qualified professional before changing your fitness, nutrition, or substance-use habits. You use Fitoria at your own risk.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account secure. You can export your data or delete your account at any time from settings.

Content you publish

What you create on Fitoria is yours. Publishing it to the community grants Fitoria a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, distribute and continue carrying it — including after your account is deleted or terminated. This is what lets other members save, print and share what you published without it disappearing under them.

If your account goes, published content stays at the same address with your name, handle and profile removed from it, and is reviewed by our team, who may keep carrying it under the Fitoria name or delete it. Anything you did not publish — your logs, weights, progress and private library — is deleted with the account. You are shown this at the point of publishing, not only here.

You keep the right to use your own work anywhere else, and unpublishing an item before you leave removes it from the community in the normal way.

Subscriptions

Premium is billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
