Our commitment to you
Draft — pending legal review.
Fitoria holds what you eat, what you lift and what you weigh. That is personal, and the short version of how we treat it should not require reading a contract. This page is that short version; the Terms and Privacy Policy are the full one, and where they differ from this page, they govern.
We do not sell your personal information
We do not sell, rent or otherwise distribute your personal information — to anyone, for any reason — except where we are required to by law, or where you have asked us to. That includes your logs, your weight, your goals and your wellness entries.
Your information may be used to decide which ads you are shown inside the app. That happens on our side: choosing what to show you is not the same as handing your data to somebody else, and we do not do the second one. Today, ads are not targeted at all — everyone sees the same rotating pool. If that changes, this page changes with it.
Every ad and affiliate link in Fitoria is vetted by our team before it runs. We do not serve third-party ad networks, which is also why you will never see a tracking pixel you did not agree to. Sponsored placements are always labelled.
What you can post
Fitoria is community-centric, and we want people to post freely — routines, movements, meals, recipes and comments. A few things we do not allow, and we would rather be specific than vague about them.
Explicit content
Posting, uploading or linking to sexually explicit sites, images or content is not allowed and may result in your account being terminated.
To be clear about what this is not: workouts, diet plans and content aimed at sexuality, body confidence or physical attractiveness are welcome. A great deal of why people train is personal and about how they see themselves, and a rule that could not tell the difference between that and explicit material would be a bad rule. The line is explicit material itself — not the goal behind a program.
How you treat other people
Degrading other members in comments, harassment and bullying may result in limits on your access to the platform — up to and including losing the ability to comment, publish or use community features. Fitness is a vulnerable thing to be public about. People sharing their progress here should not have to armour up first.
If an account is removed
When an account is terminated for breaking these rules — or deleted by its owner — everything private to it is removed from the platform: logs, weights, progress, saved meals, unpublished routines and recipes, and anything else you kept to yourself.
Content you published to the community stays. Publishing on Fitoria is what grants us that, and we tell you so at the moment you publish rather than only here. A published routine, movement, meal, meal plan or recipe keeps working at the same link, with its comments and everything other members saved from it — but your name, handle and profile come off it, and it is shown as Anonymous while our team decides whether to keep carrying it. If we do, it becomes ours and is labelled as ours. If we don't, it is deleted.
One honest exception: when another member saved a copy of a shared routine, meal or recipe into their own library, that copy is theirs and stays with them. Copies are self-contained by design, so that saving something does not leave you dependent on somebody else's account continuing to exist.
Why it works this way: pulling published content the moment somebody leaves would break every link to it, empty the conversations under it, and take away something other members had built their week around. Keeping it — without your name on it — is the version that doesn't punish everyone else for one person's decision to go.
What you can always do
Export everything we hold about you, or delete your account, from settings — no email, no support ticket. Deleting hides the account immediately and permanently erases the data after a 30-day grace period, during which you can restore it yourself. Making your profile private, unpublishing anything you shared, and switching off activity events are all one toggle each.
Questions about any of this are fair, and this page will get more specific as Fitoria leaves beta.
